Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

SH Ticket does not sell bookings

SH Ticket publishes informational travel content and provides access to an independent flight search tool. We do not directly sell flights, hotels, activities, transfers or package travel, and our Smart Tickets are editorial guides rather than issued transport tickets. SH Ticket does not receive booking payments to refund or cancel.

Flight search results and third-party purchases

Tickets found through the search tool are sold by the airline or travel agency identified on the provider’s website. If you complete a purchase, your contract is with that provider. Its booking, cancellation, change, credit and refund conditions apply. Review the final price, traveler details, restrictions and cancellation deadline before payment.

How to request a change or refund

Contact the airline or travel agency named on your confirmation or payment record. Refunds for tickets found through the search tool must be requested from that seller. SH Ticket cannot access a third-party reservation, alter passenger details, issue a credit or compel a provider to approve a refund.

Editorial budget ranges

Prices shown in guides are general planning indications, not current offers or quotations. A difference between an editorial estimate and a current market price does not create a booking or refund obligation.

Search partnership

The flight search tool is provided through Travelpayouts. Search results direct users to independent airlines or travel agencies, whose checkout page identifies the seller and applicable terms. SH Ticket may receive a commission from a completed referral at no extra cost to the traveler.

Errors and contact

If you believe SH Ticket charged you directly, contact SH Ticket LLC with the date and non-sensitive transaction details. Do not send a full card number. Email [email protected], call +1 234-215-0437 or write to 4230 Belden Village St NW, Canton, OH 44718, US.
